Scope of Work:
Establish, organize, and communicate a festival structure to facilitate the production of new works performing in a shared Off-Broadway venue utilizing online seminars and in-person walk-throughs/training.
Design, load in, and strike repertory stage, lighting, and sound plots shared by festival participants.
Coordinate technical logistics between the venue and festival participants to ensure adherence to venue rules, guidelines, and Covid safety protocols.
Supervise and provide production/technical support for all technical rehearsals and performances, including scenery, lighting, and audio support.

Scope of Work:
Supervise and/or Maintain: telecommunications service, phone/voicemail system, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, security, housekeeping and structural maintenance of building original to 1964 World’s Fair housing three venues, one ninety seat studio theatre, one eighty seat cabaret/café, and one four hundred sixty-seven seat main stage.
Maintain compliance to Fire Department of New York (FDNY) and New York Department of Buildings to F-1A Theatres and Places of Public Assembly.
Assist Capital Projects Manager in coordination of thirty million-dollar, city-funded expansion and renovation project.
Coordinate with New York City Parks Department and multiple government agencies to ensure year-round parking, security and access to theatre for staff and patrons during Parks Department sponsored music and cultural festivals, Citi Field events/New York Mets home games and the USTA’s US Tennis Open.
Engineer and supervise the construction of all scenery produced and built in-house.
Collaborate and consult with visiting companies regarding set construction, fire code compliance, and building safety.

Provide technical and operational support to productions and events throughout multiple venues, including live performance spaces, galleries, and artist studios formerly located on 42nd Street between Broadway and 6th Avenue.
Supervise and support rental clients to ensure safe and reasonable use of facilities, production equipment, as well as adherence to NYC Fire Code.
Maintain and organize stock inventories and perform regular maintenance and repairs to presentation spaces.
